In the Southern Hemisphere, we meet the Winter Solstice.

The darkest day.
The return of the light.
A time for rest, stillness, dreaming, and tending to the deep inner flame.

In the Northern Hemisphere, it’s the Summer Solstice.

The longest day.
The height of the light.
A time for celebration, gratitude, presence, and reflection on what has come to fullness.

We are part of this.

Our bodies and lives follow these rhythms.

For Kendra, Earth Woman Rising in Mexico was one of those moments.

The Birthing Formula is a reflective process we use in Shamanic Womancraft to uncover the teachings held within all our births.

Not just babies, but projects, relationships, careers, and transformations of self.

By mapping our conceptions, pregnancies, births, and what came after, we begin to see the patterns.

The qualities we’ve had to grow.

The wisdom that has shaped us.

This practice helps name what we’ve lived and how we’ve done it.

It offers clarity, insight, and trust in the way we meet life’s thresholds.

You’ll meet the Birthing Formula in our core offerings:

Four Seasons Journey:
A year-long apprenticeship in the wisdom of the cycles.

2026 intakes are now open, with dates being finalised.

Keep an eye on this space.

Praxis:
A course for graduates of the Four Seasons Journey to apply their tools to everyday life.

This is the final time Jane will be teaching it this year.

The course is currently full and has a waiting list.

Shamanic Dimensions of Pregnancy:
A one-day workshop exploring the spiritual, emotional, and embodied aspects of pregnancy.

How we birth is how we live

And every birth holds a lesson.

This is what we call the Birthing Formula.

It is a reflective practice we use in Shamanic Womancraft to explore the teachings held within the births we have lived.

That might be babies, creative projects, relationships, businesses, careers, or transformations of self.

By mapping our conceptions, pregnancies, births, and what followed (including miscarriages, abortions, and creative works), we begin to see the patterns.

We uncover the qualities we have had to grow and the lessons life has been offering all along.

The Birthing Formula helps us name what we have lived.

And gives us insight, clarity, and trust in how we move through change.

This is not a formula you are given.

It is one you discover through your own story.

You will meet this practice in our core offerings:

Four Seasons Journey:
A year-long immersion into the wisdom of the cycles, rites of passage, and the practice of Shamanic Womancraft.

The 2026 intakes are open and dates are being confirmed.

A one-day workshop for anyone preparing to birth a baby, a vision, or a new version of themselves.

What if menopause wasn’t the end of something, but the beginning of something entirely new?

The Autumn Woman Harvest Queen one-day workshop is a sacred space to honour the transition from Mother to Maga.

It’s for women ready to reframe menopause as a rite of passage, not a problem to fix.

We begin in circle, grounding together and creating a safe container for what wants to emerge.

You’ll reflect on the seasons of your life, map them on the Wheel, and discover the wisdom of where you’ve been and where you are now.

We speak about transformation.

What’s being shed.

What is calling you forward.

What has been left behind that still holds power.

With clay in your hands or your body in motion, you’ll enter an embodied space for integration.

The work of menopause happens in the body, and here we give it expression.

You’ll hear stories, share your own, and gather resources that help you walk this path with more clarity and self-trust.

We honour sexuality, life force, grief, joy, and rebirth.

You’ll leave with new tools, a sense of connection, and a deeper understanding of the power this season holds.

And finally, you’ll journey inward with the drum. A

sacred soundscape to meet your inner wisdom and listen for what needs to be released or reclaimed.

This is the rite of passage you were never offered.

A day to be witnessed, resourced, and remembered.

In-person workshops are currently taking place in:

Melbourne, Blue Mountains, Tasmania, Mullumbimby, and East Sussex UK

Please note: The East Sussex and Blue Mountains workshops are not taught by Jane, but by teachers who have been personally trained by her through the School of Shamanic Womancraft.
