It's completely changed how I see myself and what I can do. It was a transformational paradigm shift in how I see the world, my place in it and the potential we all carry inside ourselves.

It brought me so much joy during a really dark time in my life… it gave me a space to be vulnerable when I needed it the most... It was without a doubt one of the best experiences of my life.
