It’s a relationship.

A relationship with your energy, your timing, your capacity, and the natural cycles shaping your life.

It grows through noticing.
Through listening.
Through responding instead of pushing.

You are already cyclical. Your energy rises and fa

You are already cyclical. Your energy rises and falls, your focus shifts, your needs change. This is not inconsistency or something to correct. It is rhythm.

There are times to act and times to wait. Times to speak and times to listen. Times to expand and times to turn inward. Nature moves this way, and so do our bodies and our lives.

You don’t need to learn how to be cyclical or become something new. You are already living this truth. Noticing it is enough.

The solstices are turning points. Moments to paus

The solstices are turning points.

Moments to pause and honour the cycle of light.
Moments to remember the cycle within.

The celestial solstice occurs on 22nd of December 2025.

In the Southern Hemisphere, we meet Litha, the Summer Solstice.
The longest day.
The height of the light.
A time for celebration, gratitude, presence, and reflection on what has come to fullness.

In the Northern Hemisphere, we meet Yule, the Winter Solstice.
The darkest day.
The return of the light.
A time for rest, stillness, dreaming, and tending the deep inner flame.

We are part of this.

Our bodies and lives follow these rhythms, whether we notice them or not.
