Sessions are available with Anna-Maria in Danish or English.
Naturopath, Nutritionist, Herbalist, Doula & Shamanic Womancraft Practitioner.
Anna-Maria works with women across all life stages, with a focus on preconception, pregnancy, postpartum and hormonal health. Her approach integrates clinical nutrition, herbal medicine and metabolic health with a deep respect for cyclical living and the inner transitions women move through.
Alongside her clinical work and birth support, she facilitates rites of passage ceremonies, women’s circles and workshops. Her intention is to offer spaces that are both informative and restorative, where women can feel supported, resourced and connected to themselves and their lived experience.
Her work is known for being both practical and intuitive, bridging modern healthcare with traditional and shamanic perspectives.

Cara Richardson is a corporate menstrual activist and certified menstruality educator who translates the Shamanic WomanCraft way into practical tools for modern leadership.
Bridging ancient wisdom traditions with executive contexts, she works with women who feel called to embody their intuitive cyclical intelligence. Her sessions support women to explore cyclical leadership in a way that feels useful and deeply personal.
If you value deep pragmatism and feel curious about archetypal, embodied self-enquiry, her work offers a place to begin.

I am Anne — a woman who has lived deeply, held many roles, and walked through change with her eyes open.
I grew up in Arnhem Land and the Northern Territory, and have moved between business, art, motherhood, and navigating relationship within community, family, and work. My work is shaped by real life — by navigating complexity, standing in truth, and learning to hold steady through change.
I am a trained Shamanic Womancraft practitioner and certified Beautiful You life and business coach. I work with women at thresholds — where something is no longer working, and something new is asking to emerge.
When we work together, I hold a clear, grounded space where things can be seen as they are. Rites of passage, cycles, and ancestral patterns are recognised. We slow down, name what matters, and cut through what is no longer true. I bring directness, deep listening, and practical support. You leave with clarity, awareness, and the capacity to trust your own knowing and choose what comes next.
I support women to bring that knowing into all aspects of life — how they live, work, and show up in the world.
This is not about fixing. It is about remembering, choosing, and becoming all of who you already are.
