Week 1 — Remembering & Reclaiming

Saturday 8 August • 7:00–9:00 AM AEST

We gather and begin the process of remembering and reclaiming feminine knowledge, wisdom and power.

Jane will introduce the Wisdom of the Cycles and explore rites of passage through a Shamanic Womancraft perspective. We will also begin a healing shamanic journeying process that we will return to throughout the six weeks.

This session will help you deepen your cycle intelligence, understand your life through the influence of your rites of passage, and begin connecting with the Shamanic realms.

Week 2 — Spring Woman & The Maiden

Awakening of Self and Menarche as Initiation

Saturday 15 August • 7:00–9:00 AM AEST

We focus on the Spring season of a woman’s life and the Maiden archetype, with particular attention to menarche—our first menstrual bleed and rite of passage into cyclical womanhood.

We will explore the wisdom and spiritual practice of the menstrual cycle and return to the Shamanic realms as part of our ongoing healing process.

This session will help you understand how your menarche may have shaped your life, recognise the menstrual cycle as an ally, and begin bringing healing and new meaning to this important rite of passage.

Week 3 — Summer Woman & The Mother

Creation, Service and Sacred Work

Saturday 22 August • 7:00–9:00 AM AEST

We turn to the Summer season of a woman’s life and the Mother/Creatrix archetype.

We will explore the many ways women give birth—not only to babies, but also to projects, relationships, ideas, careers and new ways of being. We will look at birth experiences as teachers and explore how the experience of birth can affect both mother and baby through the birth imprint.

We will journey again into the Shamanic realms.

This session will support you to reframe your experiences as teachings and recognise the wisdom, creativity and learning available within them.

Week 4 — Autumn Woman & The Mage

Harvest, Descent and the Power of Letting Go

Saturday 29 August • 7:00–9:00 AM AEST

We focus on the Autumn season of a woman’s life, the Mage archetype and the menopause rite of passage.

Using the Wisdom of the Cycles and cycle intelligence as our map, we will explore menopause as a transformational process rather than one of decline and loss, and begin to reframe life beyond menopause as the Wise Woman years.

We will continue our journeying process in the Shamanic realms.

This session will support you to prepare for menopause, navigate it with greater understanding, or reframe a past experience through the lens of transformation. It is designed to deepen trust in your body and in the processes of change.

Week 5 — Winter Woman & The Crone

Wisdom, Rest and Renewal

Saturday 5 September • 7:00–9:00 AM AEST

We focus on the Winter season of a woman’s life and the Crone archetype.

We will explore elderhood, ageing and death, and the magic and medicine of the Old Wise Woman. We will contemplate the kind of elder we want to become and return again to the Shamanic realms.

This session will help you reframe ageing as a privilege, deepen your relationship with elderhood, and begin consciously preparing for the wisdom and possibilities of your Winter season.

Week 6 — Earth Woman

Integration, Activation and Becoming the Woman the Earth Needs Now

Saturday 12 September • 7:00–9:00 AM AEST

In our final session, we weave together the teachings of Maiden, Mother, Mage and Crone and bring them into the greater archetype of Earth Woman.

We will focus on integration and activation, complete our Shamanic journeying process, and take part in an activation ceremony to mark the culmination of the series.

This session will help you bring the seasons of a woman’s life together, recognise the strengths and values you want to carry forward, and consciously step into your own way of being the woman the Earth needs now.
